Ingredients: (serves 2 tall glasses)
- Seedless Dates – 10
- Hot milk – 1/2 cup (to soak dates)
- Apple – 1
- Cold milk – 1.5 cups – as required
- Cinnamon Powder – to taste
- Honey – to drizzle (optional)
Preparation:
Soak dates in hot milk for about 30 minutes. I had them soaked for more than an hour and that gave the shake a fine colour. Cut apple into pieces and along with the soaked dates blend this well in a mixer/food processeor. Add cold milk to this mix and blend again. Add cinnamon powder to taste and pour in to a glass and drizzle honey if you wish. Enjoy !
