A Malabari delicacy,  these delicious banana balls is very easy to make and real yum with high calories …… Indulge in it once in a while…..


All you need is:-

  • Ripe Bananas (2)
  • Grated Coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts ( a handful)
  • Raisins ( a few)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Method:-

Steam the bananas with the skin. Peel and Mash it . Add grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, cashews and raisins to it and make small balls of the mixture.

Heat Oil in a frying pan. Deep Fry  the balls till Golden Brown. Place it on a issue to drain off the oil and serve.
