I believe a spoonful (or two) of Nutella can brush off those blues and listlessness. When they go in to making cookies the mood completely becomes euphoric !
Made a small batch of this delightfully crunchy nutella cookies that disappeared in no time ; while the original recipe called for an egg i added little baking powder and some milk to the nutella-flour dough ! The baked beauties was relished by all. The original recipe is here .

what goes:- (yield :12 medium sized cookies)

  • White flour – 1 cup (approx :125 gm)
  • Nutella – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Warm Milk – 1 to 2 tbsp (optional)

How:-

Mix in Sugar with Baking Powder and white flour. Let the dollops of nutella add  chocolatey colour to the mix. Pour in the butter and milk and combine well to a crumbly dough.

Take a smaal ball of dough and use your hands (or flat bottomed glass) and flatten them out to make  a cookie. Repeat for rest of the dough.

Preheat oven to 175 C – Bake for 8-9 minutes or till it is set (i baked mine a minute or two extra to get that extra crunch)

Bite in to crunchy, easy to whip cookies with a steaming cuppa – Enjoy !
