My Virtual Shopping List
had me grinning wickedly
for I happily imagined all those things
that could be bought in one lakh rupees
Books are my passion
And I would order all the titles
Flipkart & ilk will do a merry dance
Boy wouldn’t that put the delivery folks in a trance?
Shoes, Handbags and dresses
and all such vanity stuff
would put a big dirty hole
to my lucky lottery dole.
Finally would head to the much talked about beauty corner
and get that refreshing body spa
and with both the mind and body tingling
I’d take care of the tummy rumbling.
A woman needs to be pampered
and nothing beats splurging on self
If the lottery win specifies self-centric shopping
my list would happily scream I, Me, Myself !

You named exactly all that I would have bought…I would have only wished that the rules expressly state that I buy things only for myself, so I don't have to share the prize money with hubby and kids!! :D
